Who can see my photos?
Nobody sees your photo unless you accept their request, and it is shown to them watermarked with their ID. You can withdraw access at any time.
When can I message a member?
A chat opens when each of you adds the other to favourites, which prevents unwanted messages from strangers.
Can a guardian manage his daughter’s or son’s profile?
Yes. With a family account the guardian adds the members he wants to marry, manages their profiles and communicates on their behalf.
What is auto-search?
You save your search preferences once; Qabool searches automatically and notifies you when a new matching member registers.
What is incognito mode?
A mode that lets you browse profiles without your name appearing in the owner’s visitor list.
Does Qabool work on mobile?
Yes. It works in your phone’s browser, and you can install it on your home screen to use it like an app.
How do I delete my account?
From settings in the app you can permanently delete your account, photos and data.
What if a member mistreats me?
Block them immediately and report them from their profile or the chat; the team will review the report and take action.
